TyreON TL75W 45 Tons -  Heavy Duty Truck Lift - 4 Columns with Display
 

The hydraulic mobile TyreON TL75W consists of 6 posts with a total lifting capacity of 45.000 kg.
The heavy duty lifts are wireless; each column runs on 2 deep-cycle 24V batteries.
All columns stop immediately if a failure is detected.
This heavy duty truck hoist system is operated from any column and features a self-diagnosis error-code system.

The heavy duty truck lift can be combined and expanded


This heavy duty vehicle lift system can be combined with 2, 4, 6 or 8 columns and every column can be raised or lowered individually, by pair or all columns together.
All lifting columns are equipped with a controller with LCD-display, a 24V hydraulic pump unit, 2 rechargeable batteries and a charger.

Leaving behind old screw- and chain driven systems, TyreON presents the hydraulic TL75W mobile heavy duty lifts. A lifting speed of 1.9 cm per second is characteristic of this technology.
With microprocessor and own software for synchronic and smooth lifting and descending of the heaviest vehicles even if the load is unequally distributed.
All system parameters including the height per column and residual battery charge are continuously displayed on each column.
