The TyreON TL27LC's columns are mobile, and the entire lifting system can be easily installed or quickly removed if more space is needed.
The compact mobile controller is equipped with a power unit and an oil tank, and the hydraulic hoses with quick couplings can be conveniently wrapped around the handle.
The two lifting arms are easy to install and remove, as they feature pin-and-hole connections.

This portable two post lift is a unique and highly versatile portable car lift for workshops and garages, even with a low ceiling or a concrete floor of 13 cm or thicker.
The lifting height ranges from 125 up to 140 cm, the mobile lift comes standard with four double-adjustable plug-in lifting pads and four plug-in height adapters.

Thanks to its variable-length telescopic lifting arms and the adjustable column spacing, the TL27LC mobile 2 post lift is suitable for short, long, narrow, and wide vehicles up to 2700 kg.
With a minimum lifting height of 10.5 cm, it is also suitable for cars with low ground clearance.

Automatic (un)locking of the position of the 4 lifting arms
The four lifting arms can be easily positioned under the car in the lowest position.
The lifting arms lock automatically when raised and unlock automatically when the lift is fully lowered.

Lifting, locking, and lowering with mobile controller - Power supply 230 V / 1 phase
Easily lifting with a push button and lowering with a lever on the mobile controller.
The lever also serves to lower the car lift into the locks (parking function).
With a connection voltage of 230 volts / single phase and a connection load of 16 amps, this mobile lift fits any circuit in the fuse box.
 
Extra safety
The portable two post lift can only be lowered after a steel cable has been pulled on each column.
This prevents someone from lowering the lift while another person is underneath the car.

Maintenance-free sliding blocks and columns made from one piece of steel
This mobile car lift is equipped with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene slide blocks.
These slide blocks are self-lubricating, maintenance-free, and will last the entire life of the lift.
Each column is manufactured from a single piece of rolled steel for optimum resistance to heavy loads.

Industrial-quality hydraulic cylinders and chains for the mobile two post car lift
Both columns are equipped with a high-quality hydraulic cylinder, featuring steel pistons and piston seals, backups, and wear bands that virtually eliminate oil bypass.
The chrome-plated piston rods are made of high-quality plated steel to ensure long service life.
Heavy-duty leaf chains, similar to those used on forklifts, ensure smooth lifting of the load.

Hydraulic synchronization - Portable 2 post lift
To ensure synchronous lifting and lowering of both columns, the lifting system is equipped with a patented hydraulic flow divider, which precisely distributes the hydraulic force flow between the two columns, even with uneven load distribution.
An internal spool adjusts the size of an internal oil outlet based on changes in oil pressure, ensuring consistent flow rates in the two hydraulic hoses.

Foundation for the portable two post lift
The floor must be made of at least 13 cm thick reinforced concrete type C25/20.
Always check the floor for cracks or damage.
