The TyreON T3000W integrates all conceivable options making it an irreplaceable heavy duty truck tire changer for industrial tyre operators.

Particularly suitable for heavy duty use, the solid construction is equipped with a 5.6 kW hydraulic pump and a 5 kW hydraulic motor for rotating wheels.

With the controller it is possible, independently or simultaneously, to move hydraulically both the chuck and the mounting arm horizontally in both directions.

A unique heavy duty tire changer with 3 mounting speeds, a hydraulically rotating mounting head and a second gear for all hydraulic movements.

Hydraulic pump with second gear for the heavy truck tire changer

In addition to 3 speeds for the clamping jaw, the hydraulic pump has a second gear for accelerating the hydraulic movements.
With the control unit it is possible, independently or simultaneously, to move both the clamping jaw and the mounting arm horizontally in both directions with two speeds.
This speeds up work and makes it easier to change tires up to 1.81 meters wide with the heavy duty truck tire changer.
