Electro-hydraulic mobile column truck lifts, battery powered and wireless controlled.
An integrated quick charger per column, allows charging, also during operation. The mobile truck lift can be moved like a pallet truck and can be used indoors and outdoors on a hard surface.

For lifting large trucks, trailers, commercial vehicles, RVs, buses, SUVs and passenger cars.

A control panel with soft-keys and touch screen LCD colour display on each column shows the status of the various functions of the mobile column lift system. Full grey RAL 7016 per 2021.

TyreON TL55SW- 6 33 Ton | 6 wireless mobile column truck lift


This lift system can be set and operated from any lifting column and consists of 6 lifting columns with a total lifting capacity of 33,000 kg.
The lifting columns are wireless; each column is powered by 2 rechargeable 24V batteries.
Each column is equipped with a 2,2kW hydraulic power unit, also each column can be controlled individually, in pairs, or per all lifting columns at the same time
The mobile column vehicle lift  is equipped with an advanced system with an automatic speed during lifting / lowering and that ensures optimal synchronization of all columns during the lifting / lowering phase.

Mobile column truck lifts - double safety system


  • Hydraulic check valves prevent sudden lowering in case of leakage or damage to the hydraulic system
  • Automatic locking hook every 3 cm with electromagnetic release
  • The pressure relief valve prevents damage to the cylinder, pump or structure if the load is too heavy
  • The lifting system will stop immediately if a height difference of 5 cm is detected
  • Main switch and emergency stop on each column
