Electro-hydraulic mobile column lifts with battery power and wireless control.
An integrated quick charger per column, allows charging, also during operation. The mobile truck lift can be moved like a pallet truck and can be used indoors and outdoors on a hard surface.

For lifting large trucks, lorries, commercial vehicles, RVs, buses, SUVs and passenger cars.
The mobile lifting columns are produced by laser cutting and robotic welding.

A control panel with soft-keys and touch screen LCD colour display on each column shows the status of the various functions of the mobile column lift system. Full grey RAL 7016 per 2021.

TyreON TL55SW - 4  | 22 Ton | 4 mobiele wireless mobile columns


This lift system can be set and operated from any lifting column and consists of 4 lifting columns with a total lifting capacity of 22,000 kg.
The lifting columns are wireless; each column is powered by 2 rechargeable 24V batteries.
Each column is equipped with a 2.2 kW hydraulic power unit and each column and can be controlled individually, in pairs or per all lifting columns at the same time.
The mobile truck lift is equipped with an advanced system with an automatic speed during lifting / lowering and that ensures optimal synchronization of all columns during the lifting / lowering phase.
 

Mobile truck lift - hydraulic technology - maintenance friendly

TyreON supplies hydraulic mobile lifting columns and leaves the old spindle and chain driven systems far behind. With microprocessor and proprietary software for smooth and synchronous lifting and lowering of heavy vehicles.
Maintenance-friendly and the fast lifting speed are characteristic of this hydraulic technology.

Mobile column lifts - double safety system


  • Hydraulic check valves prevent sudden lowering in case of leakage or damage to the hydraulic system
  • Automatic locking hook every 3 cm with electromagnetic release
  • The pressure relief valve prevents damage to the cylinder, pump or stucture if the load is too heavy
  • The lifting system will stop immediately if a height difference of 5 cm is detected
  • Main switch and emergency stop on each column
