Electro-hydraulic mobile column lifts with battery power and wireless control.
An integrated quick charger per column for charging also during operation. The mobile vehicle lift can be moved like a pallet truck and can be used indoors and outdoors on a hard surface.

For lifting large trucks, lorries, commercial vehicles, RVs, buses, SUVs and passenger cars.
The mobile lifting columns are produced by laser cutting and robotic welding.

A control panel with soft keys and colour LCD touchscreen on each column displays the status of the various functions of the mobile column lift. Colour: Full grey RAL 7016

TyreON TL55SW - 4  | 22 Ton | 4 mobile wireless mobile columns


This truck lift  can be set and operated from any column and consists of 4 lifting columns with a total lifting capacity of 22 T.
The lifting columns are wireless; each column is powered by 2 rechargeable 24V batteries.
Each column is equipped with a 2,2kW hydraulic power unit, and each column can be operated individually and in pairs or all columns can be operated simultaneously.
The mobile vehicle lift is equipped with an advanced system with an automatic speed during lifting / lowering and that ensures optimal synchronization of all columns during the lifting / lowering phase.

Mobile column lifts - double safety system


  • The hydraulic check valves prevent sudden lowering in case of leakage or damage to the hydraulic system
  • Automatic locking hook every 3 cm with electromagnetic release
  • The pressure relief valve prevents damage to the cylinder, pump or structure if the load is too heavy
  • The lifting system will stop immediately when a height difference of 5 cm is detected
  • Main switch and emergency stop on each column
  • Optical and acoustic signal during descent
  • Provision to lower the vehicle in case of power failure
