The hydraulic lifting cylinder is inverted, so the chrome-plated piston rod is always protected against sparks from welding, cutting and grinding, dirt, and damage. The housing is the only part of the lifting cylinder that is ever visible.

 

TyreON TL75WA-4 30T mobile truck lift

TyreON hydraulic mobile vehicle truck lifts are moved like pallet jack and can be used safely on a flat, hard surface, both indoors and outdoors.

Suitable for lifting large trucks, lorries, vans, campers, buses, SUVs, and passenger cars.

All mobile lifting columns are equipped with a large LCD colour touch display for operation, which also provides operating instructions and displays the status of various lifting system functions.

  • Safety systems: hydraulic shutoff valves, electronic synchronisation monitoring, and electromagnetic safety catches
  • Safety lock: Control system for lowering the load into the safety catches
  • A pressure relief valve prevents damage to the cylinder, pump, or structure in the event of overload
  • Automatic stop at a height of 30 cm and visual and audible signals for further action
  • Wired communication without environmental interference (ZigBee protocol)

  • The lifting forks are mechanically locked to the fork carriage
