Air operated hydraulic floor jack with 3 pistons rated for 40T maximum.
This long-floor jack requires compressed air from an air compressor to lift heavy loads up to 40 Tonne.
TyreON jacks are easy to operate and are featured with numerous safety options as a dead man’s joystick and a controlled lowering speed.

The jacks have a long life span due to the technical characteristics, the use of the best materials and quality checks during manufacturing.

With dead man's operation
To ensure optimum safety, the long floor jack stops and turns off immediately when the hold-to-run joystick is released.

Application under any circumstances
The workshop jack can be used both outdoors and indoors under demanding conditions and can also be safely used on ground with a slight incline.
Metal contracts and expands with variations of temperatures. TyreON truck jacks will not fail in low or high temperatures.

Factory Test - Quality Centre
Our Quality Centre carries out quality control checks on the jack during every stage of the production process.
The air operated hydraulic jack garage jack was tested at -25 °C to + 45 °C and dynamic and static off-centre load tests were conducted to ensure safety.

The no-return valves ensure a locked position for loads at all heights and a controlled smooth and
even fast lift rate under load.

Smooth shock-free descent
Even with the heaviest load, a reduction valve ensures a smooth and shock-free descent.

Circulation of oil
As the cylinder, the hose and the oil reservoir are communicating, the oil cannot leak, even if the
jack is positioned on the side
