Air hydraulic floor jack with 3 heavy-duty pistons rated for 60T maximum.
Connected to a 9 to 12 Bar air compressor, this three-stage 60T-40T-20T long-floor jack lifts loads up to 60 Tonne.
TyreON jacks are easy to operate and are featured with good safety options as a dead man’s joystick which also aids controlled lowering speed.

With safe dead man's operation
To ensure optimum safety, the workshop jack turns off and stops immediately when the hold-to-run joystick is released.

Application under any circumstances
The workshop jack can be used both outdoors and indoors under severe conditions and can also be used safely on ground that is not completely flat or on a slight incline.
Metal expands and contracts with variations in temperatures. Our truck jacks will not fail in extremely low or high temperatures.

Factory Test - Quality Centre
The Quality Centre carries out stringent quality control checks on the jack during every stage of the manufacturing process.
This garage jack was tested at -25 °C to + 45 °C and dynamic and static off-centre load tests were conducted to ensure safety.

An overpressure valve prevents damage due to overload.

Fast lift to jacking point
The TyreON TPH60T-3 allows the lifting cylinders to be raised to the jacking point quickly and then also to be dropped rapidly once without the load.

Locked position and lift evenly
The non-return valves guarantee a locked position for loads at all heights and a controlled even and smooth high lift rate under load.

Smooth descent
A reduction valve ensures a smooth shock-free descent, also with the heaviest load.

Oil circulation
As the hose, cylinder and oil reservoir are interlinked, the oil circulates and cannot escape, eveneven in up-side-down position.
