Precisely manufactured by laser cutting and robot welding. This solid and safe 4 post car lift is made for intensive use.

A 3200 kg rolling jack with a minimum height of 7 cm measured from the runways is optional. (€ 950,- excl. VAT)

TPL6400(XL) 4 post car lift with long runways

For all models of passenger cars, light trucks, tractors, campers, agricultural vehicles etc.

  • With LED runway lighting and slack cable protection
  • All-in-one 24V control panel to lift, lock and descend
  • Also small ground clearance cars due long ramps with 17.8 cm height
  • The strips with locking holes in each column can be height adjusted to level the runways
  • With lock-button to make the 4 post lift rest in its safety locks.
  • Smooth lifting and lowering with 3.0 kW driven hydraulic cylinder
  • Hand pump to lower the 4 post automotive lift in at fault or power failure
  • The ramps can be mounted on both sides

Safety - 4 post car lift

CE Certified - EN1493:2010

  • Pressure relief valve (no damage if loaded with too heavy car)
  • Limit switch at 35 cm (CE-Stop - foot protection)
  • A height switch stops the engine when the lift reaches highest point
  • 4 x roll-off protection (2 x fixed and 2 x movable)
  • The runways are synchronized with steel cables
  • The cables are tensioned by springs, thus no backlash
  • Each column is equipped with a mechanical lock
  • Central check valve in the hydraulic pump
  • Hose break protection


Auto-Stop at obstacle - 4 post automotive lift

Delivered as standard with obstacle protection
With factory mounted sensors for detection of a slack cable on every corner.
The 4 post automotive lift will therefore stop dropping immediately if an obstacle prevents the descend.


Runway lights - integrated - 4-column lift

Delivered as standard from factory with runway lighting



3.2T 4 post car lift jack

The 3200 kg air hydraulic jack is optional (€ 950 excl. VAT)

  • Rolling and extendable up to 147 cm width
  • Supplied with extra height adapters and rubber blocks
  • Minimum height 7 cm relative to the runways, maximum height 44 cm
