The lifting platforms are extendable, in combination with 3T capacity, this in floor scissor lift is suitable for very small cars and longer vehicles.

This in floor scissor lift is mounted flat in the floor.
With the help of the installation manual and the drawing of the recesses, the car lift can be easily installed by yourself.
There is no connection between the lifting tables therefore the car lift has a free and wide passage both in the highest and in the lowest position. 
 

2.5 meters between the car lift and controller - Left or right


The control unit can be placed on the left or right.
The maximum distance between the controller and the car lift is 250 cm.
The space between the two lifting tables can be varied from 65 to 95 cm.
TyreON supplies a long hydraulic hose set as standard so the room between the tables can be doubled for other applications.

Safety double in floor scissor car lift


  • Complies with European standards Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC - EN 1493:2010 Vehicle lifts
  • Hydraulic synchronized cylinders - both platforms move up and down simultaneously
  • Automatic mechanical double safety lock on every 3 cm
  • The safety locks are pneumatically opened by the down button on the panel
  • A height switch ensures that the motor stops automatically when the lift reaches the highest point
  • Electrical circuit on the scissorlift is 24 Volt
  • On-off main switch with indicator light on the panel
  • Aluminium motor with cooling fins and fan against overheating

Lock function - hose set - technical service life


With the lock button on the controller you can lower the carlift into the lock. The car can be parked at height for a long time while the lift rests mechanically.

The scissor parts have grease nipples. By greasing the nipples, the lift operates smoothly, and normal wear is prevented. The air connection comes with a pressure regulator with a pre-filter and an oil lubricator.

Operation of 1 lifting table is possible

A lever on the pump unit allows to operate the lifting tables separately.
With the buttons on the control panel you can raise one table while the other table is in a lower position. You can also lower one table while the other table is in a higher position.

Delivery of the double in floor scissor lift

In our factory the TyreON TSC3000X2i in floor scissor lift and the controller is entirely tested and packed in wooden transport crates together with;
 

  • The installation and operating manual
  • A clear drawing for making the recesses in the floor
  • A set of anchor bolts
  • A 400 Bar resistant hydraulic hose set + accessories
  • 4 rubber blocks - each 5 cm high
