TyreON supplies the TSC4000X2iXL with hydromechanical technology.
No compressed air required, low maintenance and a safe direct lowering of the platforms as soon as the down button is pressed is characteristic of this technology.
The scissorlift rises immediately with full force thanks to the tip-lever system and two hydraulic cylinders per platform.
Thanks to the extendable tables with a length of 148.5 to 230,5 cm, this scissor lift is suitable for lifting small and large passenger cars, SUVs, commercial vehicles and buses with short, long and multiple extended chassis up to 4T.
No more crawling under the car to have to move the extensions; the lift tables are already extendable on both sides in the lowest position. (in the floor)
A heavy hydraulic pump unit provides the 4 cylinders with hard chromed piston rods with the necessary lifting force.
Solid, safe, professional recessed scissor lift
- Installation depth only 12 cm
- The platforms can be extended on both sides, even with the carlift in the lowest position (in the floor!)
- Large working range from very short to very long wheelbase
- Hydromechanical locking with direct lowering (no compressed air required)
- 24V all-in-one controller, can be placed on both sides of the carlift (max. 2.5 m)
- Solid steel scissors
- With tip-lever system
- Finished with powder coating
- Hydraulic synchronisation control monitored by IR photocell
- With the 66 cm wide platforms, it's easy to drive the vehicle on the lift
- Heavy 2.2 kW hydraulic pump with load-dependent lowering valve
- 2 cylinders with hard chrome-plated piston rods per lifting platform
- Very easy to use and maintain
- Installation with system-integrated ventilation and very precise levelling of the runways
- The hydraulic system is vented, and the platforms are levelled with one button on the control panel
12 cm installation depth - Customised hose set
This inground scissorlift is easily mounted in two 12 cm deep recesses in a concrete floor and is connected to the controller with a customised hose set.
Lifting platforms with IR synchronisation monitoring
- The carlift stops immediately at a height difference of 1.5 cm or more between the two platforms
- The scissorlift stops if someone walks between the tables during lifting or lowering
Safety features
- Optical and acoustic signal when lowering
- Auto-stop at a height of 25 cm (slow descending by pressing the down button again)
- A height switch ensures the motor stops automatically when the lift reaches the highest point
- Procedure for lowering in the event of a power failure
- A pressure relief valve prevents damage if a vehicle is too heavy
- The hydromechanical lock prevents the inground carlift from lowering in the event of a hose rupture
