100% hydraulic - plastic protection parts for (alloy) rims


The allround fully hydraulic TyreON T500 is a truck tyre machine for intensive use and allows you to change tyres at 6 rpm. It is equipped with a 3.3 kW pump to provide all hydraulic movements with indispensable power.  Damage to the cheek of the tyre is prevented by specially manufactured bead pressing rollers made of plastic. The 4 clamping jaws and the mounting hook are provided with plastic protection parts to prevent wear and scratches on (alloy) rims.

This truck tire machine covers a floor area of only 1,1 x 1,1 meters and can also be mounted in vehicles. With the height of 1,6 to maximum 2.5 meters, the TyreON T500 fits in closed trailers, trucks and commercial vehicles with box.

The heavy wheel does not have to be lifted by manpower.

The control unit allows you to perform 10 movements. You simply roll the wheel to the chuck and the vertical truck tyre changer does the heavy work.
